At Barking Paws, our priority is delivering a safe, efficient, and high-quality grooming experience for both your pet and our team. By booking with us, you agree to the following service terms and policies.1. Utilities Usage
Our mobile unit is fully equipped; however:We primarily operate using homeowner electricity when available.Barking Paws may occasionally require access to a water source at the service location.If utilities are unavailable or declined, we may operate using our generator and onboard resources (see Section 9 for fees).2. Parking and Accessibility
To ensure timely service:Clients must provide adequate parking space for our grooming trailer (approximately the size of two SUVs).We kindly request that any vehicles blocking access be moved prior to arrival.If parking is not accessible upon arrival, service may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.3. Apartment and Complex Requirements
For clients in apartments or shared communities:You are responsible for obtaining management approval for our presence and generator use.If access or permission is denied, the appointment may be canceled and subject to applicable fees.4. Pet Behavior and Handling
The safety of your pet and our groomers is non-negotiable:We operate in 30-minute time blocks to safely assess and manage each dog.Dogs displaying aggressive, fearful, or difficult behavior may incur a behavioral handling fee, based on severity.If a dog is deemed unsafe to groom, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service immediately.5. Equipment Damage Policy
While rare, in the event your pet causes damage to equipment:The client agrees to cover 25% of the repair or replacement cost.Barking Paws will cover the remaining balance.6. No-Show and Non-Response Policy
Respect for time is required on both sides:If a client has confirmed an appointment and we arrive, set up, and receive no response, the appointment will be marked as a no-show.A Missed Appointment Fee may be applied.Repeated offenses may result in permanent refusal of future services.7. Right to Refuse Service
Barking Paws reserves the right to:Refuse service for unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, or inaccessible locationsTerminate client relationships due to repeated no-shows, non-compliance, or unsafe behavior8. Communication Expectations
Clients will be notified ahead of time regarding:Arrival windowsUtility needsParking requirementsClear communication ensures smooth service for everyone involved.9. Utilities and Service Fee Structure
Barking Paws is equipped to operate independently; however, we typically utilize homeowner-provided utilities to maintain efficiency and reduce operational costs.Barking Paws may occasionally require access to water at the service location.We primarily operate using homeowner electricity when available.If a client declines access to water, electricity, or close parking, Barking Paws will operate using internal resources and the following applies:A $10 Mobile Resource Fee will be added to the service.Cost Breakdown Comparison
